Pepper appoints new CFO as Keeble becomes ESG director
Andrew joins Pepper Money from Bluestone Mortgages, where he has been CFO for 14 years.

Pepper Money has announced the appointment of Andrew Voss as its new chief financial officer.
Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in financial services. He joins Pepper Money from Bluestone Mortgages, where he has been CFO for 14 years.
Pepper Money’s previous CFO, Anthony Keeble, moves into the newly created role of director of ESG and sustainability, tasked with leading the specialist lender’s long-term strategy to become a net zero business.
Anthony Keeble said: “I’d like to welcome Andrew to Pepper Money and congratulate him on his new role as I take up this newly created position to spearhead our ESG and sustainability strategy across the business.
“Sustainability is the most pressing issue facing all businesses and I am hugely excited by this opportunity and challenge. I initially took responsibility for our ESG initiatives around 15 months ago and I’m looking forward to focusing on this hugely important area full-time. At Pepper Money, our long-term goal is to transition to a net zero business. This is core to our strategy and will play our part in leading change as we further develop products and support for our customers as they make their transition to a low-emission economy and we continue to help our colleagues make changes, building on the good work we have already delivered.”
Andrew Voss added: “I’m delighted to join Pepper Money as CFO and would like to thank Anthony for the excellent job he has done in the role. There are undoubtedly challenges in the current economic environment, but Pepper is in a strong position to build for the future, and we are already seeing positive signs in the markets. We look forward to being able to talk more about these developments in the coming weeks as we continue our focus on helping our existing customers and providing more opportunities to new customers who are overlooked by the mainstream lenders.”
