Phil who joins from Commercial broker Genie Lending has held a number of roles in financial services in a career spanning twenty five years.
Phil will be responsible for managing a growing team offering products such as bridging and commercial finance and business loans.
Director Dan Barker commented on the appointment:
“Phil is someone we have known for a number of years and his appointment is in keeping with our recruitment policy of hiring key people with strong experience of the financial services industry.
"A large percentage of our enquiries are either sole traders or directors of limited companies so to ensure we continue to provide a first rate service to our clients and introducers it is important that we are able to offer business finance solutions as well as second charge homeowner loans.
"We have seen an increase in the number of bridging and commercial enquiries we have received over the past 6 months and Phil's appointment will allow us to provide even more options than we had before as well as aiding our plans to expand in this market.”
Phil commented:
“Having worked with Access 4 Finance for some time and experiencing first-hand the excellent service that they provide to introducers it was a no-brainer when they opportunity arose. I am looking forward to helping with all aspects of growing this side of the business including providing marketing and training support and growing the panel of lenders we work with”
