OSB promotes Adrian Moloney to group lending distribution director
Moloney will lead OSB Group’s digital and AI strategy for intermediaries.
OSB Group has promoted Adrian Moloney to group lending distribution director.
OSB says his promotion is part of the Group’s "AI focus and digital-first strategy" to deliver simpler, smarter and quicker interactions for mortgage intermediaries across the UK.
In his expanded role, Adrian will be responsible for shaping and delivering OSB Group’s lending distribution strategy across its three specialist lending brands; Precise, InterBay, and new buy-to-let lender Rely.
Jon Hall, managing director of mortgages and savings at OSB Group, said: “Adrian has been instrumental in building trusted partnerships with intermediaries and growing our diversified lending offering over many years. Adrian’s promotion marks an important step in our strategy to combine human expertise with digital and AI-driven capability. Adrian has a strong track record of leadership and a clear vision for how technology can enhance – not replace – trusted broker relationships.”
Adrian Moloney commented: “I’m delighted to take on this role at such a pivotal moment for OSB Group. We have a real opportunity to redefine how specialist lenders support intermediaries by using digital and AI in practical, meaningful ways – from smarter case progression to better insight and faster decisions. Our ambition is simple: to make OSB Group the easiest specialist lender to do business with, while continuing to deliver outstanding outcomes for brokers and their customers.”
