OSB Group strengthens focus on bridging and commercial sectors
The expansion sees a new head of bridging at Precise and head of commercial lending at InterBay.

OSB Group has made some key changes within its sales teams to strengthen the expertise and support within its bridging and commercial divisions to meet growing demand from brokers.
Alan Kimber, who has worked at OSB Group since 2012, has been promoted to head of bridging for Precise and, along with his dedicated team, will be supporting brokers and their clients with all their short-term lending needs.
Marc Callaghan has also been promoted and is now head of commercial lending, continuing to focus on supporting clients across InterBay with their commercial requirements. With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, Marc and his team will focus on delivering a personalised service within this often complex part of the market.
Adrian Moloney, intermediary sales director at OSB Group, said: “I’ve worked with Alan and Marc for a number of years and their support and dedication to delivering the best possible service to our broker partners has not gone unnoticed.
“I’m delighted to acknowledge their efforts through these key role promotions and look forward to working with them on some new ideas and considerations for 2025.”
