OMS adds DocuSign e-signature capability to platform
Users can now send, sign, and store documents digitally without leaving the OMS platform.
CRM and loan origination platform, One Mortgage System (OMS), has completed a full integration with DocuSign to provide users with a faster and more streamlined way to manage e-signature capability.
The new functionality allows users to send, sign, and store documents digitally without leaving the OMS platform. By cutting down on manual admin and minimising errors, the integration helps cases move forward more efficiently while offering clients a secure, convenient signing process accessible on any device, at any time.
The OMS platform covers residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, and commercial mortgages - plus general insurance, and protection - to provide users with product sourcing and criteria searching.
Neal Jannels, managing director of One Mortgage System, commented: “Brokers are under constant pressure to deliver speed, accuracy, and great client outcomes. This integration with DocuSign reflects our commitment to removing unnecessary friction from the mortgage process.
"By embedding world-class e-signature technology directly into OMS, we’re giving brokers the tools to work more efficiently and offer their clients the smooth, modern experience they need and expect.”
