Omni Mortgage Club adds Nomo to lender panel
The addition of Nomo enhances Omni Mortgage Club's proposition in the international and specialist property finance space.
Omni Mortgage Club, Fintel’s whole of market mortgage proposition, has added Sharia-compliant property finance provider, Nomo, to its lender panel.
Launched in May this year, Omni Mortgage Club provides access to a lender panel, alongside technology, compliance support, and business insight.
Nomo offers Sharia-compliant residential and buy-to-let finance for residents of Kuwait, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain looking to purchase or refinance property in Great Britain. The lender also supports SPVs and portfolio landlords and does not require customers to have an existing UK credit footprint.
Nomo's latest Property Pulse report identified a 16% increase in searches for UK residential property from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) investors during the first quarter of 2026, underlining continued demand from overseas buyers seeking investment opportunities in the UK property market.
In addition, Omni Mortgage Club members will benefit from access to Nomo's Broker Academy, a dedicated learning hub designed to help advisers understand Sharia-compliant property finance, identify suitable opportunities, and submit stronger applications.
Nomo follows the addition of Monmouthshire Building Society to Omni's lender panel earlier this month.
Phil Daffern, head of lender relations at Omni Mortgage Club, commented: "We're particularly pleased to welcome Nomo to Omni Mortgage Club's lender panel as, with demand for specialist and international property finance solutions continuing to grow, it is important that our members have access to a diverse range of lenders that can support clients with different needs and circumstances.
"Nomo's expertise in supporting GCC residents looking to purchase or refinance UK property, combined with its Sharia-compliant financing proposition, provides advisers with greater choice and flexibility when sourcing solutions for their clients.”
Layla Hamidian, head of property finance sales and servicing at Nomo, added: "We're delighted to join Omni Mortgage Club's lender panel and make our specialist property finance offering available to its member firms.
"As interest from GCC investors in UK property continues to grow, it's important that advisers can access solutions tailored to the needs of international buyers. Sharia-compliant property finance provides a transparent and ethical route to property ownership and investment, yet it remains relatively underrepresented across the intermediary market.
“We look forward to working closely with Omni Mortgage Club's members and helping them better serve clients seeking property finance in the UK."
