Oblix Capital appoints director of development
Oblix Capital has appointed Richard Payne as its new director of development.
"I have no doubt he’ll have an immediate impact on the growth of our development loan book."
With over 35 years’ experience in real estate development, Richard joins Oblix Capital from Bank of London and the Middle-East (BLME) where he was head of real estate finance.
Prior to that, he held director roles at Deutsche Bank, Turner & Townsend and Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander.
