Nucleus Commercial Finance unveils new business loan proposition
Nucleus Commercial Finance has launched a new business loan proposition, updating and replacing its Cash Flow Finance product.
"UK SMEs are itching to grow, but too often opportunities fly past because of seemingly needless barriers placed in their way."
The Nucleus Business Loan solution enables businesses to borrow from £10k up to £2m for a period of up to 6 years. With no personal guarantees required, interest rates of 6% are on offer with up to 12 months interest only for those businesses that meet the requisite criteria.
Access to the new product requires a shorter period of trading history, meaning that younger businesses are able to get the financial support to match their ambition.
Businesses are able to access almost immediate lending with more than 95% of deals decisioned within just one minute.
