Newcastle reintroduces 90% LTV products with expanded mortgage range
The enhanced range includes reduced rates for self-employed borrowers, an expanded JBSP range, and a new five-year new build range.
Newcastle for Intermediaries has launched a range of new mortgage products.
The enhanced range includes the return of 90% LTV standard residential mortgages, reduced rates for self-employed borrowers, and expanded joint mortgage sole proprietor range with new 80% and 90% LTV options.
In addition, the Society has expanded its Enhanced Plus range with new 65% LTV products, relaunched fee-assisted interest-only mortgages, and introduced a five-year new build mortgage range, offering options up to 95% LTV.
Francesco di Pietro, head of intermediary mortgages at Newcastle Building Society, said: “We’re continually reviewing our intermediary proposition to ensure we’re providing brokers with the products and flexibility they need to support their clients in an evolving market.
“These latest enhancements provide greater choice across a range of borrowing scenarios, while reinforcing our ambition to be a trusted, relationship-led lending partner to intermediaries across the UK.”
