Newcastle Intermediaries cuts mortgage rates by up to 0.65%

Newcastle Intermediaries has reduced rates by up to 0.65% across its range of residential mortgage products.
The reductions include products available up to 95% LTV, with rates now starting from 4.65% for a five-year fixed rate up to 80% LTV and 5.05% for a two-year fix.
At 90% LTV, two-year fixed rates now start from 5.15% and five-year rates from 4.75%, while at 95% LTV rates have reduced to 5.40% and 5.10% respectively.
Fee assisted options are also available to support clients who require help with costs.
Franco Di Pietro, head of intermediary mortgages at Newcastle Building Society, said: “In an increasingly fast-moving market, brokers and their clients are continually looking for competitive options, and so we are pleased to be able to reduce rates across our range of residential mortgage products.”
