Newcastle cuts residential rates and launches new tracker mortgage range
The lender has reduced rates by up to 0.25% across selected purchase, remortgage and product transfer options.
Newcastle for Intermediaries has reduced rates by up to 0.25% across selected products within its residential mortgage range, alongside the launch of a new base rate tracker product range.
The latest reductions apply across selected purchase, remortgage and product transfer options, with lower rates available on products across a range of terms up to 95% LTV. Fee-assisted products have also seen reductions, helping to support borrowers looking to manage upfront costs.
In addition, Newcastle for Intermediaries has launched a new range of base rate tracker products, aimed at customers who expect rates to fall in the near term or who would benefit from the flexibility offered by lower early repayment charges.
Michelle Ash, national account manager at Newcastle Building Society, said: "We're committed to providing brokers with a broad range of competitive solutions that help them support clients at every stage of their homeownership journey.
"By reducing rates across selected products and introducing new base rate tracker options, we're giving brokers greater flexibility to tailor recommendations to individual circumstances and preferences. Whether clients are looking for longer-term certainty, support with upfront costs, or the opportunity to benefit from any future reductions in base rate, these latest enhancements ensure brokers have even more choice available through Newcastle for Intermediaries."
