Newbury Building Society has promoted Kerri Rolfe to the position of business development manager.
Rolfe, who joined the Society in 2017 from Firstxtra Financial Services, has been a senior intermediary sales adviser since 2021.
Matt Long, intermediary sales manager, commented: “I’m extremely pleased Kerri has been promoted to business development manager. She has been with the Society for a number of years and her breadth and depth of knowledge of the industry and our products and criteria means she will make a fantastic BDM. Her customer service is second-to-none, and I have no doubt she will continue to support our brokers and partners to get the best for their clients, whether they’re looking for a shared ownership product or a mortgage in retirement.”
Kerri said: “I’m really looking forward to getting started in my new role as a business development manager. Building strong, long‑term relationships has always been important to me, and I’m excited to both maintain existing partnerships and create new ones. I’m passionate about supporting brokers with a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to help, and I’m looking forward to working closely with them to support their ongoing success.”
