"Norton Home Loans provides a range of products which allows us to service a selection of clients who would find difficulty in obtaining finance elsewhere in the market."

New Leaf is a boutique network of 250 advisers which has been privately owned for almost two decades.

Norton Home Loans offers a range of specialist first charge mortgages. In the first charge market it provides mortgages to customers whose circumstances would see them rejected by other lenders for reasons including heavy adverse and non-standard construction properties. It also lends on Right to Buy, basing lending on the valuation not the purchase price.

In January, New Leaf Distribution partnered with Norton Broker Services to enhance its secured loan offering.

Chris Nairn, mortgage compliance director at New Leaf Distribution, said: “Norton Home Loans provides a range of products which allows us to service a selection of clients who would find difficulty in obtaining finance elsewhere in the market. The service offering provided looks excellent and look forward to a long and rewarding relationship.”

Paul Stringer, managing director at Norton Home Loans, said: “We are looking forward to this relationship working for New Leaf and Norton alike. In today’s current climate we are glad to be able to offer unique lending opportunities and enhance our distribution through a great network in New Leaf.”
