New bridging lender goes live on Knowledge Bank

C&M Wealth is the latest lender to integrate its bridging criteria with Knowledge Bank.
Specialising exclusively in bridging finance, C&M Wealth delivers tailored lending solutions across residential, semi-commercial and commercial property. Its product range includes purchases, refinances, capital raises, auction finance, and light/heavy refurbishments and development finance, with flexible terms up to 24 months and loans available up to £2 million gross.
Rates start from 0.90% and C&M Wealth offers flexible underwriting with a “common sense” approach.
Privately funded and operating throughout England and Wales, C&M Wealth supports a wide variety of clients, including individuals, limited companies and LLPs.
