NatWest ups residential mortgage rates by 0.10%
The lowest rate on offer is now a five-year fixed rate remortgage at 4.17%.
NatWest has announced increases of 10bps across its residential purchase range, including first-time buyer and green products.
In its residential purchase range, two-year fixed rates now start from 4.32% at 60% LTV and 4.54% at 75% LTV, both with a £1,495 fee.
80% LTV two-year fixed rates have risen to 4.69% and 85% LTV rates to 4.73% with a £1,495 fee.
Five-year fixed rate purchase products start from 4.24% at 60% LTV, 4.34% at 75% LTV, and 4.44% at 80% LTV and 85% LTV, all with a £1,495 fee.
Five-year fixed rate remortgage products have also increased by 0.10% between 60-85% LTV, now starting from 4.17%.
In NatWest's first-time buyer range, 85% LTV rates have risen, with two-year fixed rates now starting from 4.78% and five-year fixes from 4.59%.
Selected shared equity two and five-year fixed rates have increased by 10bps at 60% and 75% LTV, with Help to Buy five-year fixed rate remortgage products also seeing the 10bps hike.
Increases to green mortgages cover two and five-year fixed rate purchase products between 60-85% LTV, as well as five-year remortgage products.
