NatWest increases high-LTV rates by up to 0.15%
60% LTV remortgage products have reduced by up to 0.16% but 90% and 95% LTV rates have increased.

NatWest has increased selected residential fixed rates at 90% and 95% LTV, while reducing other rates in its range.
Effective from tomorrow, in its core residential range, two-year fixed rates at 90% LTV are increasing by 12bps to 5.35% with a £995 fee and 5.59% fee-free.
Five-year fixed rates are increasing by up to 15bps, with 90% LTV rates rising to 4.83% with a £995 fee and 4.95% fee-free. A 95% LTV product is increasing by 12bps to 5.33% fee-free.
Five-year fixed rate remortgage products at 90% LTV are also increasing by 5bps to 5.23%.
Elsewwhere in NatWest's range, 60% LTV purchase and remortgage rates are decreasing by up to 16bps.
Two-year fixed rate remortgage products at 60% LTV are reducing to 4.75% with no fee, while five-year remortgage products now start from 4.00% at 60% LTV with a £1,495 fee, 4.05% with a £995 fee, or 4.15% fee-free.
Help to Buy: shared equity two and five-year fixed rate remortgage products have reduced by up to 16bps, while selected five-year fixed rate green remortgage products have decreased by 10bps and now start from 4.00% at 60% LTV.
