NatWest cuts purchase and remortgage rates by up to 0.20%
Buy-to-let rates have also reduced by up to 0.24%.
NatWest has announced widespread rate reductions of up to 0.24% across its residential and buy-to-let mortgage ranges.
In its residential purchase range, two-year fixed rates have reduced by up to 0.20%. 60% LTV rates now start from 3.62% with a £1,495 fee, 3.67% with a £995 fee, and 3.91% fee-free.
75% LTV two-year fixes have reduced by up to 0.19%, now starting from 3.79%, with 80% LTV rates seeing the largest reductions of 20bps and starting from 3.91%. 85% LTV rates now start from 3.96%, 90% LTV rates from 4.10%, and a 95% LTV two-year fix with no fee down to 4.61%.
Five-year fixed rate purchase products have seen smaller rate reductions of up to 11bps, now starting from 3.84% at 60% LTV, 3.93% at 75% LTV, 4.07% at 80% LTV, 4.10% at 85% LTV, and 4.24% at 90% LTV.
In NatWest's remortgage range, two-year fixed rates have reduced by up to 0.15%. 60% LTV rates have been cut by 10bps and now start from 3.68%, with 75% LTV rates starting from 3.85%, 80% and 85% LTV rates from 4.17%, and 90% LTV rates from 4.41%.
Five-year remortgage rates have decreased by up to 16bps, with the largest reductions to 80% LTV rates, starting from 4.06%. The lowest five-year remortgage rate is a 60% LTV product with a £1,495 fee at 3.86%.
Buy-to-let
Buy-to-let purchase and remortgage rates have reduced by up to 0.24%.
Two-year fixed rate purchase products have reduced by up to 0.20% at 60% LTV, now starting from 3.91% with a £995 fee. 75% LTV rates are down by up to 0.24% across a range of fees from £3,999 to £0, starting from 3.30%.
Five-year purchase rates have reduced by up to 0.14%, starting from 3.98% at 60% LTV with a £995 fee and 3.71% at 75% LTV with a £5,999 fee, rising to 4.36% fee-free.
Two-year remortgage rates are down by up to 0.24%, with the largest reduction to a 75% LTV product with no fee at 4.36%.
Five-year remortgage rates have reduced by 5bps at 60% LTV and 10bps at 75% LTV across a range of fee options.
First-time buyer and green mortgages
Elsewhere in NatWest's mortgage offering, first-time buyer two and five-year remortgage rates have decreased by up to 15bps at 85% and 90% LTV.
Two and five-year shared equity rates at 60% and 75% LTV are down by up to 19bps.
In NatWest's green finance range, residential purchase and remortgage rates have reduced by 0.17% and buy-to-let green finance rates are down by up to 0.12%.
