NatWest cuts high-LTV and buy-to-let rates
Green buy-to-let mortgage rates have seen the largest reductions of up to 31bps.
NatWest has announced a series of rate reductions across its residential and buy-to-let mortgage ranges.
In its residential range, two-year fixed rates have reduced by 16bps to 4.93% at 90% LTV with a £995 product fee, and by 12bps to 5.68% at 95% LTV with no product fee and £350 cashback.
Five-year fixed rates have reduced by up to 11bps and are now available at 4.53% up to 90% LTV with a £995 fee, and 5.08% at 95% LTV with no fee and £350 cashback.
Across its buy-to-let range, purchase and remortgage products have reduced by up to 31bps.
Two-year fixed rate purchase products at 60% LTV now start from 4.79% with a £1,495 fee, 4.94% with a £995 fee, and 5.35% fee-free.
At 75% LTV, two-year fixed rates have reduced to 4.94% with a £1,495 fee, 5.09% with a £995 fee, and 5.45% fee-free.
Two-year buy-to-let remortgage products at 60% LTV now start at 4.94% with a £1,495, 4.99% with a £995 fee, with a reduction of 30bps applied to a fee-free rate of 5.34%.
75% LTV two-year remortgage products have fallen by up to 10bps, to 5.09% with the largest fee, 5.24% with a £995 fee, and 5.54% fee-free.
Five-year fixed rate purchase products at 60% LTV now start from 4.59%, rising to 4.79% and 4.89% across different fee options. At 75% LTV, rates start at 4.69%, 4.89% and 5.09% respectively.
Five-year remortgage products at 60% LTV have reduced to 4.49%, 4.69% and 4.99% across the fee-paying tiers, while 75% LTV rates have reduced to 4.69%, 4.79% and 5.09%.
Green buy-to-let mortgage rates with a £995 fee have also reduced by up to 31bps.
Two-year fixed rate purchase products now start from 4.89% at 65% LTV and 5.04% at 75% LTV. Two-year remortgage products have reduced to 4.94% at 65% LTV and 5.19% at 75% LTV.
Five-year purchase products have reduced to 4.74% at 65% LTV and 4.84% at 75% LTV. For remortgage, five-year rates have reduced by 20bps to 4.64% at 60% LTV and by 31bps to 4.74% at 75% LTV.
