MPowered Mortgages releases Spotify Wrapped style summary to brokers
Rewind reveals how much proc fees brokers have earned this year as well as their total case value with MPowered Mortgages in 2024.
"We hope brokers find this feature useful as they reflect on their business over the course of 2024 and look ahead to 2025."
- Jake Atkinson, head of marketing at MPowered Mortgages
MPowered Mortgages has released a Spotify-style feature for broker partners that have placed cases with it this year.
Similar to the way Spotify Wrapped sends subscribers a summary of their most listened to songs over the course of the year, MPowered's 2024 'Rewind' feature shares a round-up of brokers' activity and cases in 2024, such as their individual total case value with MPowered in 2024 and how many applications they have put through MPowered in 2024.
As well as this, it shows how much brokers have earned in proc fees and their fastest agreement in principal with MPowered in 2024.
It also shows what the most popular property type was among their customers who took out an MPowered mortgage i.e. semi-detached, flat or house. In addition, it enables brokers to evaluate and rank their data against other MPowered broker partners which can be useful market intel heading into 2025.
Jake Atkinson, head of marketing at MPowered Mortgages, said: “We’re excited to bring back our Rewind feature for the second year running following last year's feedback from brokers which was overwhelmingly positive.
"This year's summary offers even deeper insights and a more intuitive experience and is testament to our efforts to deliver the best possible service to brokers using our expertise in AI and data science. We hope brokers find this feature useful as they reflect on their business over the course of 2024 and look ahead to 2025."
