MPowered launches AI-driven marketing tool for brokers
MPowered has rolled out the tool out to all brokers nationwide.

MPowered Mortgages has launched Marketing Assist, a new tool which uses the power of artificial intelligence to create marketing content such as social media posts and emails in seconds, with the aim of helping brokers attract more customers as well as engage existing clients.
Marketing Assist combines large language models (LLMs) like Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s ChatGPT into a platform tailored to the UK mortgage market that allows brokers to create bespoke, professional content.
Alongside social media posts and emails, Marketing Assist can also help brokers create unique blog posts, website content and scripts for vlogs.
Matt Surridge, director of sales for MPowered Mortgages, commented: “At MPowered Mortgages, we are constantly looking at ways we can improve the broker journey and help them grow their business using the power of AI, particularly LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude.
“For many smaller broker firms content marketing is always on the to do list and we hope that our platform will help put marketing back on the agenda and enable brokers to produce an instant professional draft that brings their thoughts and advice to potential customers quickly. This new tool follows the launch of CriteriaGPT, our sophisticated chatbot which gives brokers answers to complex criteria questions circumventing the need to speak to the broker helpdesk.”
Michael Brown, senior relationship manager at Paradigm Mortgage Services, added: "As advocates for progress and innovation in the mortgage industry, we at Paradigm Mortgage Services have been fortunate to have already experienced the Chat GPT tool for brokers. The ability to generate draft marketing content through such a platform showcases the industry's forward momentum. We appreciate efforts that empower brokers and enhance their efficiency. We're keen to see how this tool unfolds, potentially revolutionising the way brokers interact with clients and furthering the reach of intermediary services."
