The online system is completely interactive and comes with the following features:
- A unique log-in for each individual introducer.
- Case-tracking on all cases.
- The ability to download documentation including valuation copies/case notes.
- Allows users to automatically send update emails and texts to both the introducer and the client.
- Automatically generates payment runs.
- Managers of firms/networks are able to oversee all their brokers’ introduced cases.
- Users can run reports for firms covering data sets such as average loan sizes, completions, etc.
‘Enness Introducers’ is being overseen by Enness Corporate Relationship Manager, Jaime Harris.
Enness Private Clients are specialists in the £500k-plus mortgage market although an increasing amount of its business is for £1 million-plus loans.
Hugh Wade-Jones, Director of Enness Private Clients, commented:
“Following on from the launch of our referral service we can now offer our introducers access to the ‘Enness Introducers’ online system. The system has been designed to keep introducers fully in control of their client relationships and to provide up to the minute information on how a case is progressing.
"One of the key concerns for those introducing to a specialist like ourselves is how they will be kept in the loop and, for us, ‘Enness Introducers’ provides that peace of mind and much more.
“Not only can individual advisers or wealth managers track their cases but the system also allows managers and heads of department to view all the ongoing deals that have been introduced by those under their charge. With this system users can be fully conversant with an ongoing case with just a few clicks of their mouse.
"We certainly believe that ‘Enness Introducers’ is a significant system for those seeking to introduce to a high net worth/large loan specialist and, coupled with our experience and understanding of this market, we feel this is another major reason for using Enness in this sector.”
