Countrywide adopts Criteria Hub platform
Countrywide Mortgage Services has partnered with Criteria Hub, giving its mortgage and protection advisers full access to the criteria search engine.

Jason Hegarty, director at Criteria Hub, commented: "We are incredibly pleased to be partnering with Countrywide Mortgage Services and excited to further develop our platform working alongside Countrywide advisors. Having been an estate agency based adviser myself (for Countrywide) some 15 or so years ago I know all too well the demands these advisers are under and the importance of being able to quickly identify a solution for their clients.
"Criteria Hub will reduce the time spent researching criteria meaning that Countrywide advisers will be able to place cases quicker and improve the customer journey considerably in many cases.
"We are delighted to have the support of the UK's largest property services group which we believe further highlights the growing demand for our service amongst mortgage professionals."
Countrywide's managing director, Peter Curran, added: "Having deep knowledge of lender criteria is essential to a successful consultant. This helps ensure they place customers with the right lender based on their circumstances which saves both time and unnecessary delays.
"Digital tools are becoming more and more important for consultants, so working with Criteria Hub will help both build and improve knowledge and make sure we work more effectively with customers to improve their experience with Countrywide."
