Complete FS expands residential and BTL teams
Complete FS has appointed two new staff members to its buy-to-let and residential teams.
"Both of them bring a lot of relevant experience to us which I know will benefit our introducers and their customers in the case manager roles they are now filling."
Olivia Crampton-Barden started her career as a GI and protection adviser and joins Complete as a case manager in the buy-to-let team.
Helen McNamara joins the team as a case manager in the residential team. She has worked in the financial sector since 2002 and joins after 16 years with Nationwide Building Society in a variety of roles.
Phil Jay, director at Complete FS, said: “We are delighted to welcome Helen and Olivia to Complete FS. Both of them bring a lot of relevant experience to us which I know will benefit our introducers and their customers in the case manager roles they are now filling.
“Measured by the record numbers of advisers, lenders and service providers attending our recent 25th anniversary Expo, we have a growing need to attract new talent to continue to provide the first class service which our introducers have come to expect from one of the industry’s longest established packagers.”
