Mortgage Adviser Event Glasgow seminar sessions announced with focus on specialist and residential lending
Sessions will cover the buy-to-let market, complex lending, and first-time buyers.

Mortgage Adviser Event (MAE) has announced that four key seminar sessions, curated by Square 1 Media, will take place at The Engine Works in Glasgow on 20th March 2025.
These sessions will provide mortgage advisers with valuable industry insights and CPD opportunities, covering crucial topics in the sector.
The programme will include a session on the buy-to-let market, focusing on the evolving needs of landlords in Scotland, with insights from leading buy-to-let lenders. Another session will explore specialist lending, guiding advisers on how to select the right lender for clients with complex financial circumstances, with expert contributions from key industry players.
Residential mortgages will also be in the spotlight, with one session discussing alternative options for advisers when High Street lenders decline applications. This will be followed by a discussion on supporting first-time buyers, examining how advisers can help clients achieve homeownership in the current market and how changing first-time buyer expectations can affect the advice process.

Working with Square 1 Media on a wide-ranging seminar programme has helped us keep growing MAE Glasgow as a must-attend event for Scottish brokers, and will be an excellent addition alongside our bigger-than-ever exhibitor list.”
Paul Hunt, managing director of Square 1 Media, commented: “At Square 1 Media, we’re really excited to continue our support of the Mortgage Adviser Event as PR partners. We’ve worked hard to curate panel sessions for Glasgow that provide brokers with insights that will help them to run their business, identify and maximise new opportunities. This year’s event will be the biggest to date, featuring some of the biggest lenders in the country as well as specialist providers. It promises to be a great day for all who attend.”
