Mortgage Advice Bureau adds GB Bank to lender panel
MAB advisers can now place buy-to-let cases with GB Bank, including residential, semi-commercial, and commercial property enquiries.
Mortgage Advice Bureau has added GB Bank to its lender panel, giving its advisers access to the bank’s bespoke bridging and buy-to-let lending solutions.
MAB advisers can now place buy-to-let cases with GB Bank, including residential, semi-commercial, and commercial property enquiries.
GB Bank works with intermediaries, professional investors, entrepreneurs, and non-bank partners, with a particular focus on complex and higher-value opportunities. This includes cases that are time-sensitive, fall outside standard lending routes, or require a more relationship-led approach.
Nick Allen, head of marketing, product and proposition at GB Bank, said: “Being added to Mortgage Advice Bureau’s lender panel is an important step for GB Bank, as we continue to build our presence in the intermediary market. MAB advisers work with a broad range of customers and property investors, including those with more complex borrowing needs. Our role is to give brokers access to a bank that can think commercially, act quickly, and build lending solutions around real-world circumstances.”
Rachel Geddes, strategic lender relationship director at Mortgage Advice Bureau, added: “We’re delighted to welcome GB Bank to our lender panel. Its specialist expertise across buy-to-let further strengthens the range of options available to our advisers when supporting clients with more complex or higher-value borrowing needs.
"In a market where speed, flexibility, and certainty are increasingly important, GB Bank’s approach, with a strong focus on service, will be a valuable addition for our advisers and their customers.”
