Montello rebrands as LendInvest
Bridging lender, Montello Bridging Finance, has rebranded under the new name of LendInvest.
The rebranding comes off the back of a corporate restructuring within the Montello group of companies. The mortgage origination and servicing capability of Montello, will now operate under the LendInvest brand. Montello will evolve into a pure funds management business, which will manage the three existing Montello funds and its institutional funding lines.
The rebranding of Montello's origination under the LendInvest brand, expands its reach from investors through to our borrowers. LendInvest was the world's first peer-to-peer marketplace for real estate mortgages, and has grown rapidly to be the leading platform in the world for property P2P.
LendInvest CEO, Christian Faes, commented:
"This move makes perfect sense to us, and avoids the issue of possible confusion between the Montello and LendInvest brands. LendInvest is a mortgage lender, and Montello is the funds management business that backs many of the loans originated by LendInvest.
"We will continue to provide the same great service, and fast and flexible bridging finance, now under the LendInvest brand.
"We are one of the largest lenders in the short-term mortgage market, with a team of almost 40 experienced professionals, and substantial funding."
