Momenti Group launches new mentoring and growth sessions for mortgage brokers
The Group has launched new solutions for brokers through its Mortgage Minds offering.
Momenti Group has launched two new solutions for mortgage brokers as part of its Mortgage Minds offering.
The first is The Growth Circle, a group mentoring programme designed to bring mortgage brokers together to explore the challenges and opportunities facing their businesses.
The second is a strategic growth session, which is a focused one-to-one session with Jeff Knight, designed to help brokers identify opportunities for growth and areas where they could improve. Each session is preceded by a fact find and review to help build a picture of the business and its current activity.
Mortgage Minds already provides a growing collection of free content, including articles, practical guides and contributions from others across the mortgage industry. The two new solutions give brokers access to more direct help across marketing, strategy, leadership and business growth.
Jeff Knight, founder of Momenti Group, said: "I've been listening to mortgage brokers talk about their challenges for some time. I listened, and then created these two simple solutions.
"I simply want to help brokers make sure they are doing the right things right - so their time, energy and money are focused in the right areas. After all, growth isn't always about generating more leads. Sometimes it's about better marketing, a clearer strategy, stronger leadership or simply focusing on the right things."
