Molo reduces standard and specialist buy-to-let rates
The new rates for UK residents start from 3.09%.
Specialist buy-to-let mortgage lender, Molo, has reduced rates by 0.12% across its standard and specialist buy-to-let product ranges.
Two-year fixed rates across standard buy-to-let now start from 3.09% and five-year fixed rates from 4.87%. For specialist buy-to-let, which includes holiday lets, HMOs, MUFBs and new build properties, rates start from 3.19% on two-year fixes and 4.97% on five-year fixes.
Molo also continues to apply no rate premium for larger properties, including HMO/MUFBs with 12 or more rooms or units.
Molo’s semi-commercial range remains unchanged, with rates from 5.65%. Pricing for non-UK residents and expat borrowers is also unchanged, with rates starting from 4.63% and 4.43% respectively, available up to 85% LTV.
Molo’s distribution director, Martin Sims, commented: “The latest reductions strengthen our support for brokers working across the buy-to-let market. Whether placing straightforward landlord cases or more specialist transactions involving HMOs, holiday lets or larger portfolio borrowers, brokers can continue to access competitive pricing covering a broad range of client circumstances.”
