ModaMortgages launches new limited edition buy-to-let range
The range offers new fixed and percentage based product fee options for individual and limited company landlords.
ModaMortgages has launched a new limited edition buy-to-let range, adding £7,499 and £9,999 fixed product fees alongside a new 7% fee option.
The new options join the lender's existing 2% and 5% fee products.
The range includes two and five-year fixed rates, starting from 3.69% for single dwelling properties and 3.79% for HMOs and multi unit freehold blocks with up to six bedrooms or units.
Products are available to individual and limited company landlords at up to 75% LTV, with no application or valuation fees.
Becki Fraser Tucker, head of sales at ModaMortgages, said: "We’re always looking for ways to give brokers and their clients more choice, so we’re delighted to launch our new expanded limited edition range.
"These new fee options provide even greater flexibility for landlords, allowing them to choose a pricing structure that best suits their individual circumstances.
"Whether they prefer a percentage fee option or a fixed fee structure, they can now choose from an even wider range of solutions, all backed up by our commitment to making the journey as simple and straightforward as possible."
