ModaMortgages expands 80% LTV buy to let range with eight new products
The lender has introduced eight new products for individual and limited company landlords, with two and five year fixed rates and a choice of product fees.
ModaMortgages has added eight new products to its 80% loan to value (LTV) buy to let range, covering standard properties, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and multi unit freehold blocks (MUFBs).
The new products are available to individual and limited company landlords purchasing single dwelling properties, as well as HMOs and MUFBs with up to six bedrooms or units.
Borrowers can choose between two and five year fixed rates, with product fee options of 2% or 5%.
Free valuations are available across all property types, including HMOs and MUFBs, while product fees can be added to the loan up to a maximum of 80% LTV.
For pound for pound remortgages on two year fixed rate products, affordability is assessed using the pay rate up to 80% gross LTV.
Becki Fraser-Tucker, head of sales at ModaMortgages, said: "We’re really excited to be giving brokers and their clients even more choice at 80% LTV.
"For landlords, having that extra capacity can make a real difference. It could mean getting that next purchase over the line sooner, keeping more cash back for improvements or having the flexibility to take the next step in growing a portfolio.
"We want to help brokers find solutions for more of their landlord clients, and adding these new products makes our 80% LTV offering stronger than ever."
