ModaMortgages has reduced rates by up to 0.10% across its limited edition five-year fixed rate buy-to-let range.
The reduction means the specialist lender’s limited edition five-year fixed rate products, which feature no application or valuation fees, now start from 5.04% for single dwelling properties and from 5.14% for HMO and MUFB properties with up to six bedrooms or units.
Products are available to individual and limited company landlords up to 80% LTV, with a choice of fee options.
Becki Fraser-Tucker, head of sales at ModaMortgages, said: “We’re delighted to announce this reduction which makes our limited edition range even more competitive for landlords.
“By reducing rates across our five-year fixed rate products, we’re giving brokers and their clients greater opportunities to secure excellent value, whether they’re financing a single dwelling property or a HMO or MUFB investment.
"Combined with no valuation or application fees and flexible fee options, these products are designed to help landlords make the most of today’s market."
