Metro Bank increases maximum buy-to-let loan sizes
Maximum loan sizes now range from £2,000,000 to over £10,000,000 depending on the maximum LTV.
Metro Bank has increased maximum loan sizes across its entire buy-to-let mortgage range.
This includes its limited company buy-to-let product which the Bank launched in July last year.
The new maximum loan sizes are:
. 75% LTV - up to £2,000,000 loan amount
. 70% LTV - up to £2,500,000
. 65% LTV - up to £3,000,000
. 60% LTV - up to £10,000,000
. 50% LTV - over £10,000,000
