Market Harborough BS partners with Brilliant Solutions
The Society's specialist lending solutions are now available to more brokers across England and Wales.

Market Harborough Building Society has expanded its distribution by partnering with mortgage club and specialist packager, Brilliant Solutions.
The collaboration will give Brilliant Solutions members direct access to Market Harborough’s flexible mortgage and bridging finance products for cases up to £5m alongside support for complex cases, bespoke underwriting and reliable decisions from its daily Credit Committee.
Market Harborough provides loans from £200,000 to £5m and caters for those with more complex circumstances, with its range of mortgages tiered based on case complexity. It offers flexible solutions including residential up to £3m, large loans up to £5m, buy-to-let and holiday let, expats and bridging finance scenarios.
