Market Financial Solutions launches Fusion Premier range for portfolio landlords
The range allows large portfolios to be consolidated under a single loan at a lower annual rate.
Market Financial Solutions has launched a new ‘Fusion Premier’ range, designed to allow large portfolios to be consolidated under a single loan at a lower annual rate.
The lender offers buy-to-let mortgages and bridging loans as well as its Bridge Fusion range – launched last year, it blends features of its bridging and buy-to-let products.
The Fusion Premier products, which are for residential properties only, are an extension to the Bridge Fusion range. Loan sizes range from £20 million to £65 million, though there is a maximum value for any individual property within a portfolio of £4 million.
Fusion Premier loans are available up to an LTV of 70% and on a 24-month term, with a 12-month discretionary extension available on top of that.
Last week, Market Financial Solutions introduced a third tier to its Bridge Fusion products based on loan size, offering more competitive pricing and the ability to support larger loan sizes.
Paresh Raja, CEO of Market Financial Solutions, said: “Landlords with larger portfolios can often struggle to consolidate their various buy-to-let mortgages or bridging loans. The Fusion Premier range has been launched to solve that headache – these are large loans, but with Market Financial Solutions’ usual speed and flexibility, offering portfolio landlords the opportunity to restructure their finances for simplicity, reduced rates or both.
“The Fusion range has been hugely popular since its launch last year. Combining key elements from our buy-to-let mortgages and bridging loans, the Fusion products ensure brokers and borrowers have just more choice when finding a solution that best suits their needs. The introduction of Fusion Premier further enhances the range, and we cannot wait to begin delivering these products to clients."
