Market Financial Solutions announces 26 promotions

Market Financial Solutions has promoted 26 team members, with several individuals stepping into senior leadership positions across the business.

The lender’s team has now grown to over 200, and it is celebrating promotions made over recent weeks across all its teams – business development, loan management, underwriting, retentions, credit, product, data, and change.

In the business development department, four individuals have stepped up into more senior roles, strengthening the team’s capacity to support brokers and clients.

Within loan management, four promotions have been made, covering bridging and portfolio management roles. The credit function has seen one promotion to a senior credit position.

Across the underwriting teams, nine colleagues have progressed into more senior roles, including leadership positions and senior underwriter responsibilities across multiple product areas. In retentions, four team members have been promoted to more senior roles, supporting ongoing client relationship management.

The product and data teams have seen three promotions, strengthening the lender’s capability for product development and data analysis. Finally, the change team has seen one individual promoted.
