Magnet Capital announces three new hires
The lender has appointed two new underwriters and a financial controller.
Development finance lender, Magnet Capital, has strengthened its team with the appointment of two new underwriters and a financial controller.
Pallavi Das joins as underwriter and brings valuable industry experience, having previously worked at Glenhawk as a completions officer and at LendInvest as a case manager.
Keisi Morina also joins as an underwriter and will work closely with brokers and developers to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Kashmira Patel joins the lender as financial controller from Kennedy Wilson, where she was financial accountant. She will play a key role in strengthening Magnet Capital’s financial operations and supporting the business through its next phase of growth.
The three appointments follow Magnet Capital’s recent announcement of an expanded funding line with Shawbrook Bank.
Ashley Ilsen, CEO of Magnet Capital, commented: “Pallavi, Keisi, and Kashmira all bring exceptional experience that will enhance our business as we continue to grow. Their expertise is exactly what we need as we scale up lending while maintaining the hands-on, relationship-driven approach we’re known for. With our additional funding and a rapidly growing team, we’re set to support even more developers in the year ahead.”
