London Credit cuts commercial bridging rates by up to 72bps
The summer offer follows the rate reductions across its product range announced in June.
London Credit has announced reductions across its semi-commercial and commercial bridging range, with rates cut by up to a further 72 basis points per year as part of a new summer offer.
The rate changes apply to both 65% and 60% LTV tiers on commercial deals, as well as 70% and 65% LTV on semi-commercial products.
The summer offer follows the rate reductions across its product range announced in June.
The lender said the revised rates are designed to offer more flexibility and affordability for brokers supporting clients on mixed-use and commercial properties, particularly in cases where fast completion and short-term liquidity are key.
Marios Theophanous (pictured), credit manager at London Credit, commented: “We have noticed an increase in demand for bridging loans to support the purchase and refurbishment of mixed-use and commercial properties. In response, we are introducing our Summer Offer, which gives brokers even sharper rates across our semi-commercial and commercial range, with cuts of up to 72 basis points per annum. In practical terms, this could mean lower costs for borrowers managing larger projects or working to tight timelines.
“As always, our focus is on giving brokers direct access to our decision-makers and keeping the process clear and consistent from start to finish. These new rates help us stay competitive while offering reliable funding that meets the pace of the market.”
