Loans Warehouse partners with new network BrokerSync
The partnership will give BrokerSync members access to Loans Warehouse’s second charge, bridging and development finance teams.
Loans Warehouse has been selected as a preferred partner to join the panel of new mortgage network, BrokerSync.
The partnership will see Loans Warehouse provide BrokerSync’s intermediary members with specialist support across second charge mortgages, bridging and development finance.
BrokerSync launched to market in March 2026 and in its first six months has grown to 22 appointed representative firms and more than 800 completed mortgage cases.
Matt Tristram, co-founder and director of Loans Warehouse, said: “We’ve been amazed by what the founders and the team at BrokerSync have built in such a short space of time.
“There are lots of established networks in the market, but BrokerSync feels different. They’re building something modern, technology-led and, most importantly, genuinely shaped around what their brokers need.
“To be chosen as one of their preferred partners in the specialist broker market is something we’re incredibly proud of. Our job now is simple: when one of their advisers has a client who needs a second charge mortgage, bridging loan or development finance, we need to deliver the level of service that reflects well on both the adviser and BrokerSync.
“We’ve always believed that when an adviser refers a client to Loans Warehouse, we become an extension of their service. That philosophy feels particularly well aligned with what BrokerSync is building.”
Simon Walton, operations director and co-founder of BrokerSync, added: “Choosing the right partners is incredibly important to us. We want our members to have access to specialist expertise when they need it, while knowing their clients will receive the standard of service they expect.
“Loans Warehouse brings significant experience across the specialist lending market, and we’re delighted to welcome them as our first specialist broker partner.”
