LendInvest appoints new head of distribution and expands East London coverage

LendInvest Mortgages has promoted Rod McPherson to head of distribution and created a new East London patch to be managed by business development manager (BDM) Paige Archer. The changes form part of the lender’s ongoing focus on building broker relationships and strengthening regional support.

McPherson joined LendInvest in 2023 as BDM for Scotland, bringing over 20 years of experience in the UK property sector. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing relationships with more than 30 mortgage clubs and networks the lender partners with.

“The mortgage clubs and networks that we work with are an integral part of LendInvest’s success,” said Rod McPherson, head of distribution. “I’m looking forward to nurturing these relationships going forward.

“With so much opportunity in the property market, my goal is to ensure we’re collaborating closely with our partners and internal teams to educate, innovate, and find solutions that help brokers confidently close even the most complex cases. I look forward to using my experience to build on the great work already being done."

Alongside McPherson’s appointment, LendInvest has introduced a new regional patch for East London. This area will be covered by BDM Paige Archer, who started her career at LendInvest seven years ago as a receptionist in the London office.

Archer’s new territory will include Romford, Southend-on-Sea, Bromley, Dartford and South West London.
