Townends estate agents in Addlestone open a lettings operation
As part of the Group’s focus and growth for 2012, Townends estate agents has decided to expand their stand alone sales branch in Addlestone by adding a full lettings and management
Open and ready for business, the new operation will complement the existing and highly successful lettings operations in Staines, Sunbury and Egham.
Caroline Kavanagh, Managing Director of Lettings & Management, comments:
“We are really pleased to have expanded our lettings and management services into Addlestone and the surrounding areas. The reason behind the opening is down to the fact that Townends have found their lettings business growing progressively busier. With a strong brand awareness already in the area, and an evident demand for rented accommodation, we felt that having a lettings outfit based in branch would be really beneficial.”
The Addlestone office has undergone a complete refurbishment ahead of the launch, finished with the new fresh Townends branding.
The Addlestone office covers Addlestone, Chertsey, Lyne, New Haw, Ottershaw, Rowtown, West Byfleet and Weybridge.
