Alan Cleary, Managing Director of Precise Mortgages commented:
"We intend to further increase our mortgage volumes over the next twelve months and the appointment of these two firms will provide additional capacity so that our high service standards can be maintained."
Dev Malle from myhomemove added:
“We know Precise Mortgages has ambitious growth plans and we already act for the major intermediary mortgage distribution hubs, so a proposition that allows access to the Precise Mortgages’ product range, whilst providing conveyancing through myhomemove, will make complete sense for the borrower and the intermediary. It is great to work with a lender that ensured its due diligence process was focussed on outcomes for consumers, quality, service and innovation”.
Operations Director Paul Norris from Gordons Property Lawyers said:
“We process tens of thousands of cases per annum and whilst process driven, we treat each and every instruction individually. We are delighted to join Precise Mortgages’ panel and look forward to taking part in their continuing success and expansion going forward.”
