Jonathan Hall, Commercial Director at OpenConvey, said:
“Over the past two years we have succeeded in attracting intermediaries to use our portal for their conveyancing needs. Feedback tells us that the advantages that OpenConvey gives them in terms of ease of use, locally based conveyancers, the ability to get penny accurate quotes and instruct online, have been very popular.
"Now, in conjunction with Brilliant, we can provide a fully white labelled facility to larger introducers who wish to create their own panels of conveyancers or want to integrate outside services such as conveyancing under their own brand, so that the service is totally under their own control.
"Brilliant Solutions, which launched its own branded conveyancing service through OpenConvey to its introducers at the beginning of March, is delighted with the service."
According to Managing Director Matthew Arena, being able to brand OpenConvey’s proven facility has had many advantages for Brilliant Solutions.
He said:
“Our strategy has been to offer all our products and services under the Brilliant banner. OpenConvey was the only conveyancing hub with the facilities to work with us to provide the bespoke service we now offer to our introducers.
"We have total flexibility to add conveyancers to our panel if we wish, or a particular conveyancer can be added for an individual introducer.
"Another important feature is the management information we are able to generate for ourselves as well as for introducers which will help them ensure they stay compliant as it demonstrates a clear path from quotation to completion.”
