M.Residential appoints Gateway
M.Residential, the property acquisition, sales and letting business based in London and transacting business throughout the UK, has appointed Gateway as its valuation manager.
The business has quickly established itself as a quality property development company that is setting new standards in the refurbishment and redevelopment market.
Pete Thomson, managing director of M.Residential, said:
“We are a new business but with a wealth of experience in the property sector. We have chosen Gateway as our valuation manager and provider because of their quality service and “can do” attitude.
"They have listened to our requirements and have bespoken a service that meets fully with our expectations. Their professional approach mirrors our own very high standards”.
Mel Kettle, client services director of Gateway, said:
“We are delighted to have been chosen by our M.Residential as their valuation manager. We work hard at providing a service proposition that meets with the client’s exacting standards, and that’s exactly what we have achieved with M.Residential.
"We have listened to what the client requires and delivered to their exacting standards. This demonstrates the flexibility of our approach that has found favour with our expanding client base.”
