IFA Conveyancing launches fixed fee bridging proposition
IFA Conveyancing has added a fixed fee bridging loan comparison engine to its residential and commercial proposition.

Brokers are now able to search for a solicitor to represent their client’s interests from a fixed fee panel.
Business Manager, Andrew Richardson, said: “Advisers can obtain a transparent quote which will reflect all of the costs associated with the client’s solicitor so that the client knows up front where they stand.
"Also, as one would expect, this comes with all of the case tracking and electronic updates which all transactions benefit from with our portal, along with our highly regarded service standards.”
Earlier this month the conveyancing portal appointed Amy-Marie Williams as its new Business Development Executive. Amy is responsible for ensuring new and existing advisers are able to effectively use the programme, as well as meeting its members face to face.
