Advisers are able to benefit from Convey99 by taking a referral fee of up to £200. Conveyancing Alliance believes a £299 price provides a strong deal for the client and a healthy commission for the adviser.
Convey99 also comes with the unique ‘fall-through search protection’ – should the property purchase fall through, clients will receive a guarantee of a replacement set of personal searches for any new property free of charge.
Conveyancing Alliance says that service will not be compromised as the majority of the cost saving with Convey99 is due to a vastly reduced panel fee compared to most providers of conveyancing panels.
In a Conveyancing Alliance service survey, carried out in February this year, all of the solicitors on its panel received excellent marks with the top firm receiving a 99% satisfaction rating from advisers.
Convey99 comes hot on the heels of Conveyancing Alliance’s ‘Rapid Remortgage’ product, which was launched as a cashback alternative for remortgages. Where lenders provide legal cashback of £250, advisers can recommend “Rapid Remortgage” and earn over £90.
Harpal Singh, Managing Director of Conveyancing Alliance Ltd, commented:
“We believe that advisers want good value products that deliver a quality service. This product has been launched exclusively for the mortgage adviser market and based on our research we believe the overall costs are market-leading in the mortgage adviser space.
"Not only does it provide an extremely competitive price it also provides excellent levels of service, which has always been important to us. We have been able to develop this product by having an exceptionally low panel fee, meaning that Convey99 does not over-compromise the solicitor’s income.
"Even with the addition of all costs and disbursements we believe this is a best buy product that also enables advisers to bring in significant income to their business through referral fees. We are challenging advisers to see if they can find a better value purchase conveyancing product.
"Given the price, our focus on service standards, the benefits for clients and the extra adviser income, we believe this to be the best product available in the market at present – and by some way.”
