Cluttons appointed by Telefonica UK for property portfolio

Following a competitive tender process Cluttons secured the appointment, becoming Telefónica UK's primary estate management supplier.

The contract will see Cluttons provide a range of services including treasury management, property management, rating, database management, lease advisory, facilities management and energy management.

Cluttons will be responsible for Telefónica UK's cell sites, retail leases and corporate properties which include offices and switch centres.
