"Equity Release is a specialist sector and your clients require an expert they can trust to look after their best interests. As part of Blacks Solicitors, we have over 10 years' experience in this niche area, and are founder members of the Equity Release Solicitors' Alliance."
In addition, Blacks Connect has launched a Transfer of Equity legal service, meaning brokers can refer clients in need of this important service directly through the law firm's intermediary website.
Gilman says:
"Transfer of Equity is a common request and most brokers will have clients in need of this service, particularly those going through a separation. We ensure you and your client are properly looked after, plus intermediaries can earn a competitive referral fee."
