New equity release case tracking system launches
Specialist equity release solicitor, Poynton Law, has launched a new case tracking system to intermediaries.
"We want to work with our partner intermediaries to enable them to complete equity release cases as quickly and compliantly as possible"
Poynton Law says it has been working closely with advisers and intermediary portals for the past two years to develop the system, which will help to automate the process and speed up completion.
The firm has also strengthened its equity release support team for advisers.
Nick Stratford, managing director of Poynton Law, said: “We want to work with our partner intermediaries to enable them to complete equity release cases as quickly and compliantly as possible, while all stakeholders are being kept up to date on the case progress.
“The system ensures that the client is also notified at key stages throughout the process to reinforce the message that Poynton Law is efficiently working with them.”
Craig Oliver, owner of Equity Release Guru, commented: “I have been using Poynton Law for two years and trust them in delivering both excellent service and the specialist legal advice my clients deserve. The new case tracking system is going to add a new layer to their already fantastic service to both advisers and their clients.”
Rob Brennan sales director at The Right Equity Release, added: “We have been trialling the system for 12 months and have seen remarkable results due to the effects of real time updates. It enables us to understand where we are from a legal perspective at any point in the advice journey.”
