Landbay has cut buy-to-let rates across its Core and Core AVM range by up to 0.20%, repricing 19 products at 75% LTV with effect from 10 September 2026.

Six two-year fixed-rate products have been reduced by 0.20%, while 13 five-year fixed-rate products have been cut by 0.10%. Selected 75% LTV product highlights following the changes include:

  • Core and Core AVM two-year fixes at 4.09%, with a 5% fee
  • Core and Core AVM two-year fixes at 5.59%, with a 2% fee
  • Core and Core AVM five-year fixes at 4.94%, with a 6% fee
  • Core and Core AVM five-year fixes at 5.74%, with a 2% fee

The Core range covers lending on standard properties for individuals, limited companies and LLPs, with no restriction on portfolio size. AVM options are available across the range.

Rob Stanton, sales and distribution director at Landbay, said: "Where market conditions give us the opportunity to improve our pricing, we want to act quickly and pass that on to brokers and their landlord clients. These latest reductions strengthen our Core range across both two- and five-year fixed rates, giving advisers access to more competitive options at 75% LTV.

"The combination of standard and AVM products, alongside a choice of fee structures, means brokers can consider different options depending on the priorities of each landlord client. That flexibility remains important when advisers are dealing with a broad range of borrowing requirements and looking to balance headline rate with the overall cost of a mortgage.

"We remain focused on providing competitive pricing alongside product choice and certainty of service, giving brokers practical options and the confidence to place buy-to-let business with Landbay."
