Buy-to-let lender Landbay is joining Optimum ELITE’s panel of lenders, opening up the lender's mortgage platform to Optimum’s commercial broker network.
Optimum ELITE is a commercial broker network based in Sheffield, with firms operating across the UK.
Landbay recently strengthened its like-for-like remortgage range with a range of new two-year products, following its launch of new lower stress testing.
Rob Stanton, sales and distribution director at Landbay, said: “Landbay continues to go from strength to strength through our focus on brokers and their clients. Joining the Optimum ELITE panel will ensure that a wider range of brokers can access our specialist buy-to-let products and we look forward to working closely with them.
“We are committed to providing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of both landlords and brokers. By combining a growing appetite for investment with our expanding product range, Landbay is well-positioned to support the continued growth of the buy-to-let sector.”
James Hawkins, propositions director at Optimum ELITE, said: “We are really excited to be adding Landbay to the Optimum ELITE lender panel. We take pride in the support we provide to our firms and having a strong lender panel is a key part of this. With their innovative tech and competitive product range, Landbay will be a fantastic addition and further strengthen our ability to enable brokers to support their clients in a wide range of circumstances.”
